My clinical experience includes short and long-term treatment for relational issues, anxiety, depression, sexuality, anger, adoption, LGBTQI+ and career-related issues. I have had the opportunity to work with many diverse populations and am appreciative of the riches found in different cultures.
I use evidence-based treatment methods and techniques that are individually tailored to meet the needs and goals of my clients. I would describe my style as collaborative and warm. I provide professional counseling to individuals and couples motivated to the improvement of their self, their relationships, and/or their careers.
